Most “beginner sprint programs” out there are either:


❌ Copies of elite training nobody at your level can survive, or

❌ Complicated exercises with no intensity system, just arbitrary reps.


I built this plan because I saw too many beginners doing influencer-type-of-shit or simply staying stuck in the injured-stillnot100%-injured loop forever.


Sprint training should make you more powerful. Not tired. Not confused.

Third Week Sneak Peek

Won't show you what's on all 22 pages of course... 😉 but you can expect to be doing sprint drills as a part of the warmup, acceleration, drive phase, top speed, plyos, gym, and active recovery. Well... everything you need to get faster.
